Powys Association of Voluntary Organisations

Llandinam Village Hall and Llandinam Community Council are both members of Powys Association of Voluntary Organisations (PAVO). which provides support to voluntary and community groups in the county.

PAVO has more than 600 members, all of which enjoy the following benefits:

Being kept in touch and having access to up-to-date information.
You will receive a monthly member’s E-Briefing, containing current information on funding, training and events.

Receiving invitations to a wide range of events and meetings.
From our Annual Conference to briefings on new government policies and initiatives, to more local events on funding opportunities and other topics. PAVO can put you in touch with people and particularly with others in the same area of work locally, Powys-wide, Wales-wide or internationally.

Being able to feed in your views and have a say on issues that matter.
Be consulted and have your responses heard. We can pass on your views to key partners in Powys, including the County Council and the Teaching Local Health Board, and nationally through Wales Council for Voluntary Action.

Being informed of all the training on offer from local and national providers. Up to date information is found on the PAVO website and in the free monthly member’s briefing. Training information is also sent by email to members and networks.
