HEALTHY LIVING PROJECT

Why not come along to your local Healthy Living Centre? Every Tuesday we meet at the Village Hall in Llandinam.
We start the day at 11 a.m. with refreshments, we then have a chat, a quiz or an interesting speaker.
In the past we have had talks from Trading Standards, and on Recycling, coming up there is musical entertainment
and a talk on being a missionary in Spain. We also have annual trips, last year we visited Llangollen. It is
an opportunity for you to get out and meet old friends and make new ones, gentle exercise sessions to music with Gloria are fun, and help
to keep you fit.

At 12 p.m. a tasty two course lunch is offered, freshly prepared by local couple Chris and Glen Eatherton.
After lunch we continue with either another speaker or an activity, ending with more refreshments at 2 p.m.
The cost for the day is �6 or id you just require lunch teh cost in �4.
About 15 local people age 60 plus already attend the centre, if you would like to join them then please call Margaret, Project
